For example, you may refer to the Sustainiam™ ECal, the Sustainiam™ CiP, or the Sustainiam™ EmX. The following trademark ownership signature line should be included in any document or article containing an Sustainiam mark: “Sustainiam ® [or other Sustainiam mark(s) referenced] is a registered trademark of Sustainiam Inc.”

Nothing contained on this Site should be construed as granting by any means and in any form any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site without the express written consent of Sustainiam or such third party that may own other trademarks displayed on the Site. Your misuse of the Trademarks displayed on the Site, or any other content on the Site is strictly prohibited. You are also advised that Sustainiam will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.
